Privacy Policy

Your privacy is very important to us.

Your right to privacy is very important. We recognize that when you choose to provide us with information about yourself or your organization, you trust us to act in a responsible manner. We believe this information should only be used to help us provide you with better service. That’s why we have put a policy in place to protect your personal information. Below is a summary of our policy.

What personal information do we collect?

When you visit our websites and access information, you remain anonymous unless you initiate contact in some way (e.g. through the Contact Us, Get A Quote or chat process). We only save this information to service your questions or provide you with product and quote information. We do not, under any circumstances, share or sell your information to solicitors or third parties not directly involved in servicing your requests.

Because of our policy, you may receive an occasional newsletter or notification by visiting our site.  For transparency, we use a third-party service to manage such correspondence (i.e., communication other than direct email as part of doing business with us) and it will always include an “unsubscribe” link.  We hate spam just as much as you do!  If you’re not interested in hearing from us a few times a year, please feel free to unsubscribe … it won’t hurt our feelings. 🙂

Please keep in mind that if you choose to change the language presented on the website through the “Choose a Language” feature on the homepage, a cookie will be set on your machine. This cookie contains information necessary to present the requested language only. We do not save any personal or machine-specific information in the cookie.

Protecting your privacy

We will take appropriate steps to protect your privacy. Whenever you provide sensitive information (for example, an email address), we will take reasonable steps to protect it. We will also take reasonable security measures to protect your personal information in storage. We restrict access to nonpublic personal information about you to those employees (or third-party service providers) who need to know that information to provide the requested services to you. We maintain physical, electronic and procedural privacy as much as possible within the needs of communicating for contracted work.

Our website may provide links to third party sites. Since we do not control those websites, we encourage you to review the privacy policies of these third party sites.
